Terms and Conditions – Personalised Pet Tags & Accessories

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pet-engrav.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

We sell personalised pet tags and accessories. Because many of our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications, please check all spelling, names and details carefully before submitting your order. We make every effort to display the colours and details of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display reflects the exact appearance of the finished item.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email; this confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been mispriced or is unavailable.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Delivery

We will deliver the products to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right except where the item is faulty or not as described.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Website or our products.
