Refund and Returns Policy – Personalised Pet Tags & Accessories

We want you to be happy with your purchase from pet-engrav.com. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and how to return an item. It does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@pet-engrav.com with your order details.

2. Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

Because our pet tags and accessories are personalised or made to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Please double-check all personalisation details before ordering.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a repair, replacement or full refund as appropriate. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

4. How to Return an Item

Contact us first at info@pet-engrav.com so we can provide return instructions. Please return items in their original condition and packaging where possible. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refundable only where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
